Erik is responsible for the management of redpoint’s data and the ongoing development of the systems that support the investment process.
Prior to joining redpoint, Erik was the lead quantitative developer at a cryptocurrency prop trading firm, AFG Holdings. Erik developed automated processes to capture and manage intraday cryptocurrency data across a range of exchanges. He developed a backtesting platform, tested systematic trading strategies and implemented algorithmic trading of cryptocurrencies. Prior to the AFG Holdings, Erik was an Operations Associate at Uber, researching, developing and testing improvements to customer and driver experiences.
Erik has a Bachelor of Science (Physics) from the University of Sydney.
